Provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the finance and customer service team by managing all communications relating to invoices and incoming job bills and may work with the accounts payable team.
Maintains records of collections especially client accounts with past-due balances.
Accounts Receivable Specialists also process and record any unique billing situations that fall outside of regular operations such as custom payment plans.
High school graduate or equivalent

Familiarity with the QuickBooks desktop version
MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, CELLPHONE, AND BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS
Maintains service tracking software database by updating information as needed
Communicates with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
Provides the accounting manager and customer service manager with pertinent information regarding delinquent accounts and accurately record it into the tracking system
Provides the accounting manager with collection updates so updates can be made payment or contact information
