Last month we had a kitchen fire. ServiceMaster responded in less than 30 minutes and all the technicians were wonderful. I felt really stupid for leaving a towel on the stove and it was surprising just how fast it all happened. The crew started the clean up within minutes of pulling their trucks in the driveway. Luckily it there wasn't any structural damage just smoke. It didn't take as long as you would think to rid my home of that awful smell and clean everything. Thank you ServiceMaster, I will recommend you to all my friends.

I thought I was going to have to replace some of the tiles in my home because they looked so worn down. I had ServiceMaster come out and clean my tile and grout in a last ditch effort. My tile and grout looks brand new! I could not be happier! Thank you so much ServiceMaster!!!! I will be calling you in 6 months to do the maintance that you suggested to keep it looking great!!!a

ServiceMaster Bradenton came out to my mothers home for a water heater flood. It was a very early in the morning. They answered our call and was out to your home in Bradenton FL in under 40 minutes. They cleaned up all the water and dried out the carpets and wood floors. I would highly recommend them.

When I say they did a great job on carpet cleaning. My house and furniture looks great and smell great. The provide carpet cleaning for my condo in fort myers when I returned from Atlanta. Before they cleaned my carpet furniture was moved and place back on protective pads. Thanks again for a job well done.

The team at ServiceMaster by Wright are amazing! My ceiling in my kitchen fell in due to a storm and a roof leak! Luckily they were very fast to respond and get everything resolved for me. Even worked with my insurance company. Everything is actually bette than it was before! I highly recommend them.

Well.. it has been 3 months since our water damage / mold was discovered, and all in all Service Master has done a great job... Special thanks to Melissa, Kim, Charlie and Michael... they were most helpful in so many ways making a horrible situation become OK again. Melissa helped me when it was a devastating blow to see what all we had lost... and she helped me off the cement when I fell; Kim who helped my friend Sue hang UMPTEEN golf pictures and talked me into many things I wasn't sure of... she did a great job and we are happy; Charlie who promised me someone would be in our condo every day working... and he kept that promise; and Michael who did so many odd jobs and helped out with many, many things and was so pleasant to have in our home....

Everyone who worked on my home from ServiceMaster was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and friendly. I don't remember all the names as there were many of them. They were all good at what they did. Kim was always available to coordinate everything and keep things running smoothly. We are very happy with the work that was done. I am writing to tell you about the exceptional service that I received from you employee Gary Burgo, I am a renter at 2930 Esmeralda Dr. in Sarasota. For 4 months that we have dealt with a very challenging mold removal / remediation situation that had us at the end of our rope. Gary was the 10th person sent to assess the situation and as you can imagine that is 9 too many. By the time he got involved we were disgusted and aggravated with the entire process.

From the moment Gary was involved, he communicated with me daily to let me know the timeline of the project and next steps. Gary got more than 2 days than had been accomplished in months. His open communication and professionalism saved the day. Gary even called the day after the project was complete to ask that I let him know if everything was "OK".

Wonderful company with an excellent staff that really knows what they are doing! Sarah was really helpful in getting our carpet cleaning and home repairs scheduled and completed! Eddie got out all of my difficult spots on the carpets and upholstery. They are a "one stop shop" and I wouldn't trust any other company besides Service Master for all of my home repairs and carpet needs.

Great company to work with! The staff are extremely conscientious and SUPER responsive! I had a water leak and they responded VERY QUICKLY. My mom was distracted and forgot to turn off the utility room sink - there was water through 3 entire rooms, including carpet! We didn't have a clue how to deal with this mess, besides the fact it was 10 pm at night. Service Master responded within the hour and prevented a bad situation from becoming worse. Thank you!!

I’ve recently used ServiceMaster by Wright for a property in Ft. Myers and could not be more pleased. ServiceMaster by Wright did a great job of deep cleaning our tile floors and a few other items. I’ve used ServiceMaster (a public company) in Illinois for some work on my home there and recalled how responsive and thorough they were. When I looked up ServiceMaster in Ft. Myers, ServiceMaster by Wright came up. Turns out they are a franchise of ServiceMaster. In certain cases, I prefer to work with large companies (or franchises of large companies) because I know that they have a better knowledge base, training, support, a more consistent product and an escalation chain should I need it. Seeing the great reviews for ServiceMaster by Wright also gave me the comfort I was looking for and the confidence to move forward with them. Shane Wright, the owner’s son, was my primary contact. Shane was genuinely interested in finding the right solution at a reasonable cost and he and did just that. Thank you, Shane, and thank you ServiceMaster by Wright!

From the team leaders who came to evaluate and price our job to each member of the teams who tore out the bad walls and insulation, cleaned, rebuilt/restored, and repainted, everyone was timely, professional, kind, positive, considerate, and respectful of our space and our needs as a family who had to stay in the home during the entire process. On November 11 we opened the door to our mobile home and found a water disaster. The toilet water supply line was trickling and probably had been for about a week. About 350 sq. feet of floor had turned to mush due to the particle board sub floor. This job was way too big for my handyman husband to handle himself, so I called ServiceMaster. Christian came to assess the damage within a few hours of my call. He was extremely professional, and later that day we had a very detailed estimate for removal of flooring and cabinetry, drying, etc. With such a detailed list of jobs, each with a price attached, I felt confident we would be treated fairly. The crew, Helen and Adriano, arrived the next morning and they knew exactly what to do. Helen went above and beyond to meet our needs. After several days of fans and dehumidifiers running the restoration team arrived. Jerry and Andrew repaired and replaced the damaged flooring in two days. They worked nonstop and appeared to use the least amount of materials necessary. We had a constricted time frame, and everyone worked hard to complete this job before we had to leave. I was thrilled at the work ethic of both crews and am very grateful to ServiceMaster by Wright for helping us in our time of need. Thank you
