Servicemaster by Wright was called to a water damage emergency that affected 9 condo units. The cause of the water damage was the supply line to the toilet in one unit. It flooded that unit and two others on that floor, 3 units on the floor below and 3 units on 2 floors below in Marco Island, FL.
Servicemaster extracted the water from the units and set up dehumidifiers to dry out the units. Servicemaster removed baseboards, toe kicks and carpet padding. One homeowner has new padding put back in, the carpet re-kicked and cleaned and is back in the unit. Servicemaster is currently working with the other homeowners to get everything in order and have them back in their homes.
