Servicemaster Restorations was called to a two condo units in Fort Myers, which had water damage due to a busted sprinkler. Servicemaster went in and extracted the water from the foyer, bathroom, hallway, living room and bedroom of the two affected condo units. Servicemaster set up dehumidifiers and air movers to dry out of the two condo units. Servicemaster then removed the baseboard to help with the drying of the drywall and to make sure that mold did not grow behind the baseboards. Servicemaster was still working on the remediation of the water damage with the two condo unit owners. After Servicemaster is done with the water damage, Servicemaster’s construction department will work with the unit owners to rebuild the condos back to its original state before the damage.
